Can I train from home and what equipment will I need?
If you are training at home all you need is a set of 2-5kg dumbbells for women, a set of 5-10kg dumbbells for men, a resistance band, a drink bottle + a smile on ya dial!
If you are training in the gym all you need is a gym membership to a commercial gym that has machines - leg press, leg extension, hamstring curl etc.
Can I pause my current TNT subscription to complete the challenge.

How are the winners selected?
The winners for the TNT 8 week Transformation will be judged by the most visually impacting Transformation with the transformation being of their body composition, whether that be losing body fat, increased muscle or increased muscle tone.
They must also be an active member within the closed FB group, supporting other members on their 8 week challenge and setting the example of a true leader!
