  1. What does the challenge include?

The challenge includes an 8 week transformative training program designed by Australian Heavyweight Natural BodyBuilding Champion Joel Bushby. You’ll also receive a meal plan that has been closely formulated and designed by qualified Dietitians and Nutritionists along with your supplements that have been formulated and designed by Naturopaths and Sports Scientists.

In addition, you’ll also receive access to our world class community of like-minded people as well as 24/7 support throughout your transformation journey.

And last but not least, by joining us you’ll be in the running to win $10000 worth of cash and prizes!


  1. What does the training involve? What equipment will I need?

Whether you’re new to training or the gym or even a professional athlete, this Challenge caters for all levels. Our customised Ultimate Transformation Challenge training program has been designed to sculpt and shape your body according to your specific goals. The training program is a 4 day resistance-based split,  2 cardio days and a rest day. Exercises include squats, lunges, bicep curls plus more.

Our dynamic workouts can be completed at the gym or in the comfort of your own home. If you’re looking to train at home, all you’ll need is a 5kg set of dumbbells for women, a set of 10kg dumbbells for men, a skipping rope, a resistance band, a drink bottle and a positive attitude! If you are training in the gym all you need is a gym membership to a commercial gym that has both machines and free weights.


  1. Will I get a meal plan? Will it cater to my dietary preferences?

    You will receive a meal plan that is customised to your goals wether that be weight loss, toning, or building lean muscle mass. The TNT meal plans are easily adaptable to suit your personal dietary requirements, and our team is here to assist you if needed. We’ll explain how to customise your meal plan to suit your goal by adding in a snack and or changing your pre/post training protocols! You’ll never be bored or stuck for ideas with nutrient-dense and delicious recipes accessible at your fingertips.

  1. What support is there?

As a member of our community you are never alone. You will be supported every step of the way.

We’ve got you covered with 24/7 support + customer service that can manipulate your program to suit your fitness level and answer any questions that you might have so you know exactly what you’re doing.


You’ll also have access to articles and videos to support and motivate you at each step of your transformation journey. Here at TNT, we believe in not only helping you transform your body, but also your mind.


  1. Are there check-ins?

Each week, we will ask you to submit your progress photos. Progress photos equal accountability and accountability holds you responsible for your actions. Your health and fitness journey will not be linear, and we don’t expect it to be! Progress photos simply allow you to objectively see the physical changes in your body that the number on the scales won’t.

We know this can be a difficult and confronting moment for some people, especially if you’re not comfortable with your body at the moment. However, this is an important part of the process and allows you to see just how far you’ve come when you reach the finish line.

 

Plus, you’ll need to submit these to be in the running to be one of our challenge winners and share in our epic $10K prize pool!


  1. Are there any prizes for the winner? How is the winner chosen?

The winners for the Barbie Challenge will be judged by the most visually impacting transformation with the transformation being of their body composition, whether that be losing body fat, increased muscle or increased muscle tone.


To win, you must also be an active member within the closed FB group, supporting other members throughout their 8 week challenge and setting an example of a true leader!
