The Natural Transformer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Indemnity & Liability

• You agree to indemnify and hold The Natural Transformer harmless from any claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our website, services, or TNT app•

The Natural Transformer is not liable for any losses, damages, or interruptions caused by the use of this website or any linked third-party sites.

• We do not guarantee specific results from our fitness programs, supplements, or training methods, as individual results may vary based on genetics, lifestyle, and adherence.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, products, services, and programs offered by The Natural Transformer remain the sole property of The Natural Transformer.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publish any content from this website or the Online Dashboard without express written permission.

5. Registration & Program Participation

• We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any program registration at our discretion.

• By registering for any TNT fitness program, you confirm that:

• You have provided accurate and complete information.

• You do not have any undisclosed health conditions that could impair your participation.

• You release The Natural Transformer from liability for any injuries or adverse effects arising from participation.

6. App Subscriptions & Challenges

• All digital purchases (app subscriptions & challenges) are final.

• No refunds will be issued for change of mind, lack of use, or missed challenge participation.

• Challenge access is valid only for the stated duration—extensions will not be granted.

• If you experience technical issues with the app, contact our support team for troubleshooting.

7. Refunds & Returns Policy

Supplements

• We do not accept returns on supplements unless the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 7 days with photo evidence.

• If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before dispatch, but once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

• If an order is canceled post-shipping, a cancellation fee may apply.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via our selected courier services, and The Natural Transformer is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

• Customers choosing Regular Postage (no signature) authorize orders to be left unattended. TNT will only replace orders proven lost in transit.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty products.

• If an incorrect shipping address is provided, The Natural Transformer is not responsible for lost or undelivered orders.

9. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Payments are processed via PayPal or a secure PCI-compliant payment gateway.

10. Social Media & User Conduct

• You agree not to post defamatory, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content about The Natural Transformer on social media or any public platform.

• We reserve the right to remove or moderate user-generated content on any TNT platform, including social media groups.

14. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
