Customs & Duty Tax (International Orders)

International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, which are determined by the Customs agency in the destination country.

The assessment of duties and taxes is based on order value and the country’s tax-free threshold (if applicable).

Payment of customs duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

Occasionally, these charges may be listed as an “Additional Postage Fee.”

Shipping FAQ

When Will My Order Be Sent?

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12 PM AEST (Monday–Friday) on the same day from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia.

Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

High-volume periods, sales events, and public holidays may result in slight shipping delays.

Can I Edit My Order After Placing It?

If you made an error with your order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.

If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes.

Once an order has been processed, no changes can be made.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking link and number.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, check with your local Post Office first.

If the parcel is not at the Post Office, please contact Customer Support, and we will assist with tracking.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Other Returns (Faulty or Damaged Products)

Under Australian Consumer Law, The Natural Transformer will accept product returns and provide an exchange, repair, or refund where:

The product is damaged upon arrival, or

The product is faulty, and

You can present a valid proof of purchase (such as an online tax invoice).

Assessment & Manufacturer Review

In some cases, we may need to return the product to the manufacturer to assess the issue before determining the appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right not to provide a refund, exchange, or repair if the issue is due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product experiences a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Problems with Delivery or Shipping

We take great care in shipping, but if your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at shop@thenaturaltransformer.com.au so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.

What You Need to Do:

Contact us as soon as possible.

You may be required to provide photographs of the damaged item(s) and/or delivery package to assist in a speedy resolution.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

Changes to This Returns Policy

Subject to Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
