2 - Due to modified operations put in place to protect those working at our distribution centers, and possible shipping delays with our carriers, please expect a delay of up to 35 business days in receiving your order.

*CUSTOMS AND DUTY TAX

International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country. Although this doesn't always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. This will occasionally be listed as an 'Additional Postage Fee', more information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

SHIPPING FAQ

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

To the best of our ability, orders received by 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for delivery. All orders are sent from our Warehouse in Victoria, Australia.

*There may be slight delays in shipping (for express and standard) at times of high volume orders/sales events. Please also consider public holidays when checking the shipping method. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your order please email shop@thenaturaltransformer.com.au

HOW DO I GO ABOUT EDITING MY CURRENT ORDER?

If you have made an error with your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team right away to see if we can catch your order before processing. Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once they have been processed.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a link and your tracking number. If your package has not arrived within the approximate timeframe advised, please call your local Post Office just to make sure it's not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, please contact our Customer Support team and we can follow up for you.

RETURNS

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional Products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product you select is right for you.

OTHER RETURNS

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, The Natural Transformer will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • The product is faulty, and
  • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

The Natural Transformer may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. The Natural Transformer reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@thenaturaltransformer.com.au to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution. We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

CHANGES TO THIS RETURNS POLICY

Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
