The duration of each product depends on your daily intake. Below is a guide to help you determine how long a container will last based on serving sizes:
Shred Pro, Ignite Plus, and Recover (30 serves per container)

Vital Glo & Shred Pro Iced Coffee (450g) (15 serves per container)
• 1 serve per day → Lasts 15 days

Whether a supplement breaks your fast depends on its caloric content and how strict your fasting protocol is.
🔹 Here’s what to consider for each TNT supplement:
✔️ IGNITE+ – Low calorie, but contains ingredients that may trigger an insulin response, depending on your fasting method.
✔️ SHRED PRO – Contains protein and calories, so it will break a fast.
✔️ VITAL GLO – Low calorie, but contains collagen, which provides protein and may break a fast depending on how strict your fasting is.
✔️ RECOVER – Contains protein and amino acids, so it will break a fast.
💡 General Rule:
• If you follow a strict fast (water/black coffee only), any supplement with calories will break it.
• If you follow a modified fast (where minimal calories are allowed), some TNT supplements may still fit into your fasting window
