Customs & Duty Tax

International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, determined by the Customs agency of the destination country.

Assessment of duties and taxes is based on the order value and the Tax-Free threshold (if applicable).

Payment of customs duties/taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

Occasionally, customs fees may be listed as an “Additional Postage Fee.”

Shipping FAQ

When will my order be sent?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 PM AEST (Monday–Friday) on the same day.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia.

Please allow for slight delays during high-volume sales events and public holidays.

Can I edit my order after placing it?

If you made an error, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.

If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes.

Once an order has been processed, no changes can be made.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking link and number.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, check with your local Post Office first.

If the parcel is not at the Post Office, please contact Customer Support, and we will assist with tracking.
