When will my order be sent?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 PM AEST (Monday–Friday) on the same day.
• Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia.
• Please allow for slight delays during high-volume sales events and public holidays.

Can I edit my order after placing it?
If you made an error, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.
• If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes.
• Once an order has been processed, no changes can be made.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking link and number.
• If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, check with your local Post Office first.
• If the parcel is not at the Post Office, please contact Customer Support, and we will assist with tracking.
