All you’ll need is a 5kg set of dumbbells for women, a set of 10kg dumbbells for men, a drink bottle + a smile on your dial!

Either Is Fine! As long as you're in an environment that's motivating and you've got the right weight dumbbells, you can participate anywhere.

The Shred is open and adaptable to anybody - If you've got physical limitations or dietary requirements our team can help you find suitable replacements to allow you to join in.

As long as you've got the motivation to push yourself for 4 weeks, then you've got what it takes to participate.

Not at all! While our prizes are only open to those 18 years and older, there's nothing stopping the younger crowd from joining.
