It doesn't matter! Whether this is your first time participating in a challenge, or you're a fanatic that has completed numerous challenges, we've designed the Summer Shred 8 Week Challenge to push your abilities, no matter what they may be.
If you are training from home all you’ll need is a 2-5kg (5.5-11lbs) set of dumbbells for women, a set of 5-10kg (11-22lbs) dumbbells for men, a resistance band, a drink bottle and a smile on your dial!
If you have a small home gym with limited equipment, our program will have you covered as we provide multiple options for equipment.
If you have a gym membership, and the equipment on your program is being used you can easily swap exercises making your work out stress free and convenient.
Either Is Fine! As long as you're in an environment that's motivating and you've got the right weight dumbbells, you can participate anywhere.
The 8 Week Challenge is open and adaptable to anybody - If you've got physical limitations or dietary requirements our team can help you find suitable replacements to allow you to join in.
As long as you've got the motivation to push yourself for 8 weeks, then you've got what it takes to participate.
Not at all! While our prizes are only open to those 18 years and older, there's nothing stopping the younger crowd from joining.
