Easter Recipe Ideas: This One Is For Our Chocoholics

Feel free to sprinkle some mini eggs on top of our recipes for added decoration and an extra dose of chocolaty goodness. So kick back, relax, and let's dive into a world of decadent desserts. 


Let’s Get Straight Into It! 

High Protein Chocolate Crackles

161 kcal per serving (serves 12), 11.4g P, 9g C, 8.2g F


Ingredients:

150g soy protein crisps 

1 scoop of TNT Chocolate Ignite Pro 

150g 70% dark chocolate

¼ cup (60g) peanut butter

½ cup (140ml) sugar-free maple syrup


Method:

  1. Add soy protein crisps & protein powder to a bowl & mix until combined.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate on the stove or microwave.
  3. Add peanut butter to dark chocolate & mix until combined.
  4. Add the wet mix to the dry mix.
  5. Add maple syrup & mix well.
  6. Scoop mixture into 12 muffin trays & pat down so they are nice & compact.
  7. Add to fridge/freezer to set & enjoy!

Chocolate Baked Cheesecake 

185 kcal per serving (serves 6), 10.9g P, 17.5g C, 7.6g F


Ingredients:

125g chocolate biscuits (we recommend Arnott's Chocolate Ripple)

1 tbsp (20g) salted butter

½ (125g) high-protein cottage cheese

1 scoop (30g) TNT Chocolate Ignite Pro

1 tbsp (8g) cacao powder

1 tbsp (8g) TNT Chocolate Recover or ½ tbsp cocoa

1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup


Method:

  1. Add your biscuits to a snap-lock bag & crush.
  2. Once crushed, add to the bowl.
  3. Melt butter & add to bowl with biscuits, stirring until combined. If your base is not moist enough you can add some maple syrup.
  4. Add biscuit base to a baking tray or muffin tray & push down till it’s compact.
  5. Add cottage cheese, Ignite Pro cocoa powder, Chocolate Recover & maple syrup to a blender & blend until smooth.
  6. Por over the biscuit base.
  7. Add to a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Take out, let it cool & divide into 6 servings. 



Chocolate & Mini Egg Slice

133 kcal per serving (serves 15), 4.5g P, 17.8g C, 5g F



Ingredients:

8 Weetbix (120g) 

45g TNT Chocolate Ignite Pro

1 Scoop (8g) TNT Chocolate Recover or 1 tbsp cocoa

1 packet (125g) mini eggs 

1/2 cup (130g) rice malt syrup 

2 & 1/2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup 

130g 70% dark chocolate


Method:

  1. Crush Weetbix in a bowl. 
  2. Add protein powder & Chocolate Recover. 
  3. Mix until combined. 
  4. Add rice malt syrup & 50g of dark chocolate to a bowl & microwave until melted. 
  5. Add mixture to bowl & mix until combined. 
  6. Add maple syrup (important to not add it with the rice malt syrup & chocolate as it can seperate). 
  7. Add mixture to a baking tray & pat down till compact. 
  8. Cut mini eggs. 
  9. Melt remaining dark chocolate & add on top of Weetbix. 
  10. Sprinkle with salt & top with mini eggs. 
  11. Add to fridge/freezer for 20-30 minutes to set.
  12. Cut into 15 pieces & enjoy

 

Protein-Filled Easter Egg

390 kcal per serving (serves 15), 25g P, 35.5g C, 17.1g F



Ingredients:

1/2 Cadbury Easter egg 

1/2 cup (100g) high-protein yogurt 

1/2 scoop (15g) TNT Chocolate Ignite Pro 

1 tbsp (25ml) sugar-free caramel sauce


Method:

  1. Break Easter egg in half.
  2. Add yoghurt & protein powder to a bowl & mix until combined.
  3. Drizzle with caramel sauce & enjoy!
