VANILLA OREO ICE CREAMS

Ingredients:
☑️ 700g High Protein Yoghurt
☑️ 40g Vanilla Ignite Pro
☑️ 8 x Oreo Cookies
Method:
- Mix yoghurt and protein powder together in a bowl
- Crush oreos and add to the mixture
- Serve into individual cups or in ice cream moulds
- Enjoy!
DELICIOUS RAW CARAMEL SLICE

Ingredients:
☑️ 60g TNT Ignite Pro
☑️ 1 Cup Almond Meal
☑️ 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
☑️ 12 Pitted Dates
☑️ 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
☑️ 240g Dark Chocolate
☑️ 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Method:
- Add the ignite pro, almond meal, chia seeds, pitted dates and coconut oil into a blender.
- Once smooth, smoothe out the mixture into a baking pan.
- Mix the dark chocolate and coconut oil together and layer over the mixture.
- Add to the fridge and serve once set! It's as simple as that!
OVERNIGHT OATS: CARROT CAKE EDITION!
Ingredients (1 serve):
Here's what you need:
☑️ 1/4 Oats
☑️ 1/2 Cup Water or Milk
☑️ 1 Tablespoon Greek Yoghurt
☑️ 1/4 Cup Grated Carrot
☑️ 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
☑️ 1 Serve Protein Powder (Ignite Pro)
☑️ Drizzle Honey
Method:
- Simply pour ingredients into a jar.
- Leave in the fridge overnight to set.
- Enjoy and delicious and healthy breakfast or high carb snack!
