This challenge was my last puzzle piece I needed as part of my one year intense inner healing journey from severe burnout with depression, anxieties and heartbreak. I went from from total loss of control of myself and of my life, to the strongest version of myself, from the over functioning over giver to being boundaried, from anxious to peaceful, being content and having emotional control. I stepped away from toxic relationships including family members, from alcohol and a lifestyle that was breaking me. I have built a new me with much better relationships to my children who mean the world to me. I didn't just get my life back, I created a new identity.
This challenge gave me a daily structure, a routine, mental stability, physical strength, and motivation to continue on with shaping my body the way I want it to be. This was my first challenge and I absolutely loved it. I put my baby in the gym creche at 6 weeks old, so I could start walking on the treadmill to build up to doing light weights. Now I feel like Im getting my strength back which I love! I've formed healthy habits with food and I think Ive loved the most not having to try decide what is for dinner or what to train - it is all there for me. Right from the get go, I had a goal that I was chasing and I was determined to succeed. Mindset is strong, discipline is strong. Cant wait to continue with the subscription afterwards and see what else I can achieve 💪🏼💪🏼

This challenge has taught me that my body responds really well to consistency. The biggest change for me has been building better habits and reframing my mindset around long-term, sustainable change rather than quick fixes.
I've also realised that I work best with structure, having a routine really helps me stay disciplined and consistent.
Most of all, I've learnt that I'm capable of more than I thought, and leaning on this community for support and encouragement has made such a difference. ❤️

This challenge has definitely been that!! It has been a roller coaster, it has tested my mind and my body and whilst l didn’t get the results l wanted (only myself to blame), I am proud that l did stay committed to the process!
I’ve reignited it this week and am going strong! Workouts everyday, food on point and now 1.5kg down already for the week.
The point for me is that this program is so versatile. You have bad weeks and you have good weeks. But as long as you keep going you will see results.
I would highly recommend this journey to anyone thinking about working on their health and fitness. It’s not an overnight success story. It’s a continued proven process that truly works!

I loved many things about the challenge, so it’s hard to say what I loved the most. If I had to say just one thing though, it would be the structure- the diet + workouts + accountability check-in’s took all the thinking and guesswork out of the transformation experience.
I can’t remember for sure how I first found TNT, but I think it probably all started with one of Joel Bushby’s silly videos.
Favorite part about the nutrition is again, taking all the over-thinking and guesswork out of it. Freeing up so much time for more productive things. With it being less than one week since it’s ended, I’m now scrambling and don’t have my meals figured out so every meal is something to think about. Thankfully, I am a subscriber to the app so I just looked through the recipes and I’m going meal prep shopping starting again tomorrow (Green curry!!!!! 🥳). The meal prep was a HUGE lesson for me in this challenge. I tend to under-eat and yo-yo, but the regular, balanced, nutrient dense, and balanced meals make the rhythm of my day SO much better.
Over the last 8 weeks, the TNT community was the only reason I really had to even engage with social media. This community is like none other. There are people from all walks of life and in all different stages of their fitness journey. The entire community experience was super supportive, and never ever judgmental. There was a lot of real life struggle presented with relatable humor, but most of all, it was REAL. Real people being open and honest and imperfectly perfect in how totally real they were. I also LOVE how international the community is. So cool!!!

This 8-week reset has been an incredible journey for me. I managed to lose 7.4kg and a lot of centimetres, which I’m absolutely over the moon with — especially being peri-menopausal, where weight loss can be such a challenge.
What I loved most about the challenge was the mindset shift. It wasn’t just about the scales; it was about learning to listen to my body, making better food choices, and creating habits that will continue well beyond these 8 weeks.
The training programs were fantastic. I adapted them to suit my body and recovery as I’m only 12 weeks post spinal surgery, and it showed me that you can still make progress by working with your body, not against it.
Nutrition-wise, I loved how simple and realistic the meals were. The recipes made meal prep easy and enjoyable, and it helped me stay consistent without feeling restricted. Beef Massaman is my all time favourite and the Protein Brownies.
The TNT community has been amazing. The encouragement, support and motivation from everyone made such a difference and kept me going on the days I needed it most.
I’m really proud of how far I’ve come, not just physically but mentally too. This reset has helped me build a healthier lifestyle that I’ll keep moving forward with.
