Programme seems good so far.

"Programme seems good so far. A couple of improvements would be an email explaining how it all works for newbys signing up for the first time. I see a lot of new people freaking on the page (including myself) about photos and what not. Would cut a lot of your admin to have it all layed out. Helpful things included on the email like: we send one meal to shop earlier, but you’ll have access to more to swap out once the programme starts (or just send all the options at start so people can swap out what they may not like and shop). Explain that things can be replaced, such as dessert. Also rough weights of cooked meat etc for individual days so that someone who has to triple or what not the recipe to feed a family can take theirs out and leave the rest for the family. For the workouts, they look good, but if someone picks gym say 3 days, perhaps more gym specific routines for those 3 days, then go with the dumbbell/body type workouts for home days. I understand you can swap the exercises out to utilise some equipment, but it would be good to be more gym specific for those days. Also a rough time on the total workouts would be helpful. It’s pretty tech heavy, but perhaps a calorie counter/macros incorporated so when someone ticks the meals, they can see where they’re at and what they’re aiming for in their specific category, then if the person goes for dinner etc, they have the ability to adjust accordingly to what they’re aiming at. Just little ideas, but otherwise great."
